How it Works: PolyLEVEL

PolyLEVEL is the most efficient and way of lifting, leveling and restoring your concrete. It takes the original concept of mudjacking and improves it with modern technology and superior materials. Instead of mixing concrete and mud, PolyLEVEL uses a special high-density, lightweight, structural grade polyurethane formula that makes it quick and easy to return concrete surfaces to the desired level. 

The Installation Process

Tiny pea-sized holes are drilled into the concrete.

The specially engineered polymer foam is injected into the voids underneath the unstable or sunken slab.

The unique expanding properties of the polyurethane allows for an accurate and controlled lift and leveling of the slab without adding any significant weight. 

The newly raised slab essentially floats on this waterproof and wash-out-proof ultralight material, therefore not increasing pressure on weak soils (the main cause of concrete shifting and sinking to begin with!) below.
