We have exclusive access to award-winning products and comprehensive training. That training goes beyond just the installers in our production crews. We believe knowledge is power, and that it is beneficial for each and every member of our CBS family to understand the products we use, why we use them, and what makes them so unique.

Our Production Manager, Jacob, gathered members from our sales, logistics, accounting, marketing, and customer service departments to attend a concrete repair job to demonstrate and educate our team on the modern technology of PolyLevel.

The PolyLevel system is an effective way to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. The process involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes into the concrete and then filling them with a special polymer formula. The poly foam is strong enough to lift and support heavy loads but also lightweight enough as to not add pressure on supporting soils below. The material will not wash out or dry like mudjacking, it's environmentally friendly, and the concrete surfaces can be used within minutes of installation!

We learned all about what causes concrete slabs to sink, how Poly is installed, and how our team ensures it's done correctly to guarantee customer satisfaction. It was a great day full of education and team building!
